The final event of the 2023 StartUp Awards celebrated the best new firms and entrepreneurs in the London
The best startup firms in London have been revealed at the London Start-Up Awards, which were held at Big Penny Social and saw 30 different awards given out to new businesses in categories such as Global StartUp of the Year, Fintech StartUp of the Year and Innovative StartUp of the Year.
The London Startup of the Year was won by Guider. Guider is the world’s first future-ready employee experience and community platform for organisations. It provides the most comprehensive and scalable mentoring platform as well as tools for onboarding, DEI, community and skills development.

The StartUp Awards were established in 2022 to highlight the success of start-ups across ten UK nations and regions and to celebrate the achievements of entrepreneurs in all sectors of the economy. Originally formed as the Wales StartUp Awards, the Awards Series has joined forces with the Great British Entrepreneur Awards to take the celebration of newly formed businesses nationwide.
