Following a successful career leading teams in education, charity and recruitment, Murphy founded Limelite in 2021 to bring a unique, values-led approach to human resources and help organisations build strong foundations and cultures.

Murphy saw that two of the most transformational factors in an organisation’s success are skilled, knowledgeable leaders and a strong company culture. With Limelite, she aims to reduce risks from people issues and help clients attract, retain and develop top talent while fostering amazing workplace cultures.

Based in Birmingham, Limelite provides creative, pragmatic HR and learning solutions for organisations across the West Midlands and nationwide. In just two years, Limelite HR & Learning has seen rapid growth and success. Their leadership and management development programmes were recently approved by the Institute of Leadership. Limelite also recently launched a new website and client portal to support organisations looking for HR support.

Looking ahead, Murphy plans to pursue B Corp certification and support more charities, nonprofits and values-led companies to develop great HR practices and organisational cultures, as well as helping organisations review the social impact of their HR practices.
