After over 20 years of experience witnessing the sector become increasingly sales-focused, LT Support, a Romford-based education recruitment agency was founded in 2020 to bring the human touch back to the hiring process.

With a shared passion for delivering high-quality service and supporting schools and candidates, Laura and Charlie have built LT Support Ltd to be a catalyst for positive change. Their agency focuses on building genuine relationships, consistency, giving back to the community, and transparency. In just three short years, LT Support Ltd has expanded across the country, helping schools and candidates wherever they can.

The journey of launching LT Support Ltd has been an exciting adventure for the ladies, who also happen to be best friends.
